We all heard about how beautiful Siargao Island is. It is the place where everyone says “Siargao capture my heart” Everytime they experience having a vacation in Siargao. Even I myself can say it really capture my heart. I never expected to be this deeply in love and attached when I saw the paradise. It is a dream for me because I only seen them usually on the internet or postcards. They say Siargao is a surfing capital the bluest lagoon and the beautiful white island beaches. The air was very relaxing away from the city that is already polluted. The sound of the birds as well as the sound of the waves that make me relax.
MY SIARGAO EXPERIENCE
When we arrived at the port I never expect to left our car at parking area of the port because all I knew in that day our agenda is just island hoping because we always do that like every summer because we always did that with my team and Yes! We have a team for traveling. But I was wrong we booked ourselves a hotel at the middle of the river.
I was amazed by the place because I myself felt overwhelmed because of what I see it is a perfect place to relax and escape the reality. We decided to stay there the whole day to relax and have talks and yes TALKS. There is no signal connection there which is perfect specially now a days. It is really perfect because of that I have the chance to get to know more them and have a random talks.
In our 2nd day we were excited because it is the day where we will be having a water activities. The first stop is we went to a cave where they used to call Sohoton it meaning to pass through a narrow passageaway. Upon entering the cave. I realize that I am bliss enough to experience God’s creation. After we pass through the cave I was goosebumps upon seeing the hidden beauty of Siargao it feels like I am in EL Nido Palawan.
After that moment we transfer into a smaller boat good for two the boatman and I myself. I was really enjoying because I was paddling and it is my first time the boatman take me to the Tojoman Lagoon where the jellyfishes are while paddling I talked about the boatman about the history in the place I dscovered a lot in it. Which made me realize also how beautiful the place was and how God’s creation need to be value. After that long tiring day I was really enjoying it was a memorable experience. The last day while travelling back to the port I was staring at the island and whispered to myself “I will comeback soon with the love of my life.”
